About The Organic Candy Factory
Photo belongs to Piper at The Organic Candy Factory
Piper Cochrane is a mother who is very meticulous about what her daughter and family eat. Her daughter, Ginger wanted to open a candy store (what child doesn't?!), so she decided that it had to be Organic and include only natural ingredients! Piper says, "We all like sweets, but with all the junk candy out there, it had to be Organic Candy only! I go to my daughter's school a lot and noticed that so many children have candy in their lunch boxes that are full of dyes, chemicals, toxins, Gelatin (otherwise known as horse hoof) and more. We will offer the alternative!"

Ginger's Products are ALWAYS:
  •   Gelatin Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Pesticide Free
  • Preservative Free
  • Nut Free

Our candies from The Organic Candy Factory did NOT last very long! Especially once Jedilynn and Cade busted me sneaking a couple of the Organic Sugar Sprinkled Cubs every now and then. I allowed Jedilynn, Cade and even my 1 year old Ezio to share the Organic Jelly Beans and the Organic Sugar Sprinkled Hearts. My children do not get candy very often and usually are not too big on candy, okay... let me correct myself! Jedilynn is not big on candy, of course my almost three year old and one year absolutely LOVE candy when they rarely get any. I was a bit stingy with my bag of Organic Sugar Sprinkled Cubs at first, then Dan busted me! I'm NOT very good at sneaking candy apparently!! So of course I shared a few with him, but he didn't care for them, he was expecting normal tough gummies. Dan did say they weren't bad, just a bit off for his liking. Wahoo! More for me!

I loved the firm jello like consistency of the Gummies. It made me feel a bit safer allowing Ezio to eat them, knowing he would have no problem chewing them up good... oh wait! That's right this is the kid that nearly takes a chunk out of Cade every now and then. Any how, we really enjoyed the Gummies from The Organic Candy Factory and were quite sad when they were gone rather quickly. I liked that I could feel safe with all three of the kids eating them as they are organic, have not been around tree nuts so no risk of allergic reaction in Cade and also free of all of those harmful things in most other candies. I didn't feel like I had to give the kids only a couple pieces a day, although if I had thought of doing that before hand then I'd have a bunch left to sneak and snack on. I'm definitely hoping these are sold near our home soon!
