Let's Take a Look At The Great DVDs
(Complete Season 1)
Produced by Aaron Spelling (Melrose Place, 90210, Charlie's Angels, S.W.A.T.), Starsky & Hutch roared onto small screens in 1975 to become one of the most popular, iconic series of the decade. This was TVs coolest buddy cop show, fueled by full-throttle car chases, offbeat humor, colorful characters and a hip vibe. The hit series (1975-1979) followed streetwise undercover detectives Dave Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser) and Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson (David Soul) as they cruised around town in Starsky's red and white striped Gran Torino, battling thugs and hoodlums with the help of their gruff boss, Captain Harold Dobey (Bernie Hamilton) and jive-talking informant Huggy Bear (Antonio Fargas).
(Season 1 & 2 Combo Pack)
William Shatner stars as T.J. Hooker, a veteran cop who turns his back on a gold badge to go back to the streets, exposing his young recruits to the pressures and realities of police work. This long-running series also stars Adrian Zmed, Heather Locklear and James Darren. Packed with action and excitement, this collection includes the show's original pilot and a special guest appearance by Leonard Nimoy!
Flatbush! Clad in blue jeans, black leather jackets and bad attitudes, Stanley (Stallone), Butchey (Winkler), Chico (Perry King) and Wimpy (Paul Mace) are a 1950s Brooklyn “gang” of four cool, sexy rebels. Despite their tough appearance, those boys just want to have fun, but reality – a.k.a. adulthood – rears its ugly head when Stanley’s steady informs him they have to get married, and blue-collar Chico falls for a beautiful blonde (Susan Blakely) from the right side of the tracks. A high-octane cruise down memory lane.
The less-than-lovable Bundys are a radical departure from the sweet TV families popular since the days of Father Knows Best. With offbeat humor and unflinching honesty, this series paints a more realistic picture of middle-class existence, warts and all. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-too-frequent amorous advances of his ditsy wife Peggy (Katey Sagal), who spends most of Al's wages at the salon and the mall. They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.
Seasons 3 & 4, You Can't Have One Without The Other!
Spend some quality time with the family as you join hard-working husband Al (Ed O'Neill), housework-hating wife Peg (Katey Sagal), sexy daughter Kelly (Christina Applegate) and hopelessly-horny son Bud (David Faustino) to celebrate the landmark TV sitcom Married With Children. Brilliantly tasteless, daringly raunchy and devilishly clever, this 4 DVD collection puts the fun in dysfunctional. Now you can own Seasons 3 and 4 of the less-than-lovable Bundys as they deliver hours of domestic bliss.
(The Complete Series)
Catch a wave with America's favorite southern California beach teen in Gidget: The Complete Series. Join Sally Field as perky 15-year-old Frances Elizabeth Lawrence - better known to her family and friends as Gidget, Don Porter as her ever-loving father, Russ, and a host of such soon-to-be-famous faces as Richard Dreyfuss, Barbara Hershey, Bonnie Franklin, Harvey Korman and Henry Jaglom, for 32 winning episodes of fun-in-the-sun comedy, romance and adventure.
(Seasons 1 & 2)
Come home to your "deluxe apartment in the sky" and revisit all 37 episodes from the hilarious first and second seasons of The Jeffersons, one of the most beloved, groundbreaking and longest-running sitcoms in TV history. Join the jive-talkin', dry-cleaning king George Jefferson, his no-nonsense wife "Weezy", acid-tongued matriarch Mother Jefferson, and the rest of the gang as they serve up the very best in social satire and slapstick comedy!
(Seasons 1 & 2)
With the blink of her eyes and a nod of her head, Barbara Eden will make your wishes come true in I Dream Of Jeannie. Featuring all 61 episodes from seasons 1 and 2, this 6-disc collection re-introduces Larry Hagman as Captain/Major Anthony "Tony" Nelson, an astronaut who finds himself "Master" to a beautiful and crafty genie (Eden) whom he unknowingly releases from a bottle. Together, he and Jeannie are a magical match. Packed with memorable moments and television’s brightest guest stars, I Dream Of Jeannie is the beloved must-own comedy series that will have you dreaming of TV's Golden Age.
(Complete First Season)
A spin-off of the tremendously popular television show Diff'rent Strokes, The Facts Of Life is the hilarious series that follows Mrs. Edna Garrett (Charlotte Rae) and her mission to instill values in the girls of Eastland School. The large first season cast included John Lawlor, Jenny O'Hara, Lisa Whelchel, Felice Schachter, Julie Piekarski, Kim Fields, Molly Ringwald, Julie Anne Haddock, and Mindy Cohn. Under Mrs. Garrett's guidance, they go from wide-eyed school girls to mature young women...all while learning The Facts Of Life! Guest stars include the cast of Diff'rent Strokes, Helen Hunt and Richard Dean Anderson of TV's MacGyver!
(25th Anniversary Series)
John Candy is bigger, better and more bumbling than ever as the hilarious Harry Crumb - a big-hearted, soft-headed private eye and mixed-up master of disguise. When Harry, the last of the great sleuthing Crumbs - and the last person in the firm to ever get an assignment - finally gets a shot at a front page kidnapping, it’s only because his beady-eyed boss Eliot Draisen (Jeffrey Jones) doesn’t want the case solved. At stake is the gorgeous daughter of multi-millionaire P.J. Downing, a $10 million ransom, and Eliot’s hot-to-trot mistress (Annie Potts). Attired in a bizarre array of goofball disguises, from a Hungarian hairdresser to a hefty housewife - Harry is bound, gagged and determined to crack the case and prove that when it comes to crime, he’s one Crumb that won’t be swept under the carpet
Season’s One & Two of this wildly popular TV series is paired together to form one amazing collection. Relive all your favorite moments from the show that TV Guidesays "almost single-handedly revived the sitcom". The Cosby Show regularly appears in lists of the greatest shows of all time, yet it remains as vibrant today as one of Cliff's Huxtable's sweaters!
