 ARCTC Designs is run by Jeanette who has a daughter. She creates these awesome invitation digital downloads purely for fun. You can order invitations, thank you cards, candy bag toppers and more from her. She started out by creating stuff in Photoshop for fun and then started making invitations for her family and friends. Everyone was telling her to sell her stuff on Etsy. Since Jeanette started making her own invitations to cut down on costs she does not charge much for her invites. Super sweet and awesome hey?!

 Monster High Birthday Invitations!

Digital File

 I chose this Monster High Invitation ($3ARV) because Jada has loved Monster High for years and still does. One of her favorite characters is Clawdeen Wolf who is on the top left with the brown hair. I personally prefer the appearance of Draculara and Frankiestein (the other two on the invite). I love that the information for the party is placed inside of the Monster High Skull Logo. At the time that I chose an invite design she did have more options to choose from. You can simply message Jeanette to find out what other designs she could do or ask if she can do the one you have in mind. 

 

Printed Invite

The invites can be printed as 5x7's or you can request a different size. You should let her know if you'd like them in a different size though so she can properly edit the text size and such so it is readable. When printing a 5x7 invite, you can print two per page. You could also purchase some plain card stock and print your invites directly onto the card stock if your printer will allow that thickness. The invitations are only $3 and they are sent via a digital file! So for just $3, a little ink and paper you can print as many invitations you may need!

Jeanette is very patient and quick with her work! I originally gave her an address, date and time... well, we hadn't booked the hotel yet and ended up needing to switch hotels. She had already created the invites for us, however, I sent her the new information and kindly asked if she wouldn't mind changing it on the invites. She actually had to edit the invite three times for me. She did just that without a single fuss. I was so thankful for her being so flexible and easy to work with on this invitation. 

Jada loved her invites and proudly handed them out to a few girls at school and a couple of the neighborhood girls. She also excitedly gave them to family and friends. My now double digits daughter loved the design of the invitations.

What better way to tell someone how special they are than with a hand/Cricut-made card and gift? This super fun shaker card is perfect for a 21+ birthday. And even if you purchase a gift, you can always use your Cricut Explore machine to personalize it. For example, if you bought a friend a purse or a wallet, you could use your machine to monogram it with their initials. Or if you bought them a plain shirt or sweater, you could customize it with a fun image or statement.

I love this sparkly pineapple t-shirt. All you need is a blank shirt, a roll of Cricut Iron-on, and images from the Cricut® Summer Love image set.

Pool Party
Soak up the summer fun with a pool party! You can use your Cricut Explore to create everything from invitations to decorations. Here are some really creative ideas for how to add some special splash to a pool party.

Engagement/Wedding
Make your own beautiful table decorations, banners, party favor boxes, cards, and more for the happy couple in just a few minutes! You’ll find some really impressive ideas in Cricut’s Design Space, such as this lovely Mr. & Mrs. card.

There are an unbelievable number of project examples in the Design Space, which are categorized by type (e.g. baby, holidays, home décor, school, food, etc.) and by level (easy, moderate, and advanced). You can also find a ton of great ideas for projects on Cricut's Blog and Pinterest page.

The summer season is a perfect time to get your very own Cricut machine and familiarize yourself with Design Space and all the incredible projects you can create. Try out a few projects each month and you’ll be amazed at how easy it is. By the time the holiday season rolls around, you’ll be a Cricut pro and will wow your friends and family with your stunning crafting skills!
