Never-Before-Seen Featurettes And Much More!

As Original vampire-werewolf hybrid Klaus Mikaelson returned to the vibrant, supernaturally charged city of New Orleans in season one, he was stunned to learn — along with his siblings Elijah and Rebekah — that Hayley, a werewolf, was pregnant with his child, and his vampire protégé, Marcel, whom the Original siblings had thought long dead, was ruling the French Quarter. Soon, a bloody war escalated between vampires and witches — the stakes raised by powerful teenage witch Davina and by Klaus’s bond with Cami, a student with a painful past — and a ruthless pack of wolves seized the opportunity to stage a violent coup. Now, in season two, a new status quo must be adjusted to, as the newly empowered werewolves control the city. Klaus struggles with weaknesses as Elijah desperately tries to save Hayley — now a hybrid — from a vicious spiral of self-destruction. Meanwhile, with the re-emergence of several Mikaelsons, “family is power” takes on new meaning.

While I have not yet finished Season 2 of The Originals, I am definitely loving this show! Dan is big into Vampires and Werewolves as well and he is even enjoying the show. I don't feel they over do their abilities or strength, there is a strong story line and great acting from all cast members. I would and have recommended this series to family and friends. I love that the first season is on Netflix, I am almost through the first season and will soon be switching over to this Blu-ray disc set to continue watching this awesome series. Before being introduced to the series with this review opportunity I had came across the first season on Netflix and I was tempted to start watching it, but I wasn't sure. I'm very leery on the Vampire series and movies I will watch after the sparkling vampires in the movie which I will not name here. I have been very pleased through out the first season and I will give an update once I've watched the full second season as well. Do you need to catch up too? You can do so here.

TEEN TITANS GO!:

APPETITE FOR DISRUPTION SEASON 2 PART 1

In Season 2 Part 1, the Teen Titans return with a whole new bevy of baddies, beverages and adventures! Partner up with Robin, Cyborg,Raven, Starfire and Beast Boy to defend Jump City against slimy monsters, tyrannical villains and of course, crime fighting induced hunger pains. Every vote counts when the Teen Titans hold team leader elections, Beast Boy dials up the “man-factor” with his new robotic limbs, while Raven races to save the cotton candy bushes from the Gumdrop Goblin. It’s a titan red alert with 26 gut-punching, gut-busting adventures in this all-new collection.

Check out our Release Announcement here.

Episodes (11 minute run-time each):

Mr. Butt Man Person Pirates I See You Brian Nature Salty Codgers Knowledge Love Monsters Baby Hands Caramel Apples Halloween Sandwich Thief

Money Grandma Friendship Vegetables The Mask Slumber Party Serious Business Thanksgiving Boys vs. Girls Body Adventure Road Trip The Best Robin Mouth Hole Hot Garbage

So the boys were finally able to watch Teen Titan's Go! They both love it and ask to watch it often. After watching if the first time, Cade my 5 year old discussed the show with me. He says that Raven and Cyborg are his favorite and I have to agree. I definitely do like Raven as well, she can be quite the sass. My personal favorite episodes are Pirates from Disc 1 and Friendship from Disc 2.

While each episode is only 11 minutes, the two discs equal a total of 286 minutes. 143 minutes per disc. Giving plenty of time for indulging in Teen Titans GO! My boys would most likely just keeping watching these two DVDs over and over again.

Not only do the boys love Teen Titans GO!  But if dad catches it on tv... good luck getting him to do something. I just turn the tv off, especially when we are on our way out the door. Even if Teen Titans GO! is on tv in their room and dad goes in there to try and help find shoes or get clothes out, etc., I often have to go in there and get them all out because dad is just staring at the tv. Dad grew up watching Teen Titans, he says he prefers the Teen Titans that he grew up with, but if you'd see him glued to the tv with Teen Titans GO! on you wouldn't know he prefers the old one over the new.

Teen Titans GO! Appetite for Disruption Season 2 Part 1 was released on April 14th, 2015.
