BakeItFun Silicone Baking Mat Review

Disclosure: I received the below product in exchange for my honest review, all opinions and experiences are my own and may differ from those of your own.

BakeitFun Silicone Baking Mat

We received this Silicone Baking Mat from BakeitFun ($47.99ARV) to review. This baking mat is good for reuse 2,000 times, which is about 10 years of use! No more cans of cooking spray or sheets of parchment paper, making your baking life even easier. This premium baking mat can help you save all that money while also saving you the hassle of needing to purchase and use those products. This baking mat is durable and resistant, resists temperatures from -40 degree F to 450 degrees F, so you can take the mat out of the freezer and stick it straight in the microwave or oven. It is reinforced fiberglass mesh covered by premium food grade silicone that provides outstanding heat distribution, giving you better results every time. Super easy to clean up with this "liner" as you just need to wipe it down with hot soapy water after use and let it air dry. You can store it flat or rolled. This baking mat  is safe and non-toxic, it's German Food Grade approved, BPA free and FDA safe. It also comes with a Lifetime Money-bake Guarantee.

This baking mat has two unique features, the rulers around all four sides and the circles, these give you more confidence while rolling out dough, making cookies, macaroons, cheese crisps and many other kinds of cooking and baking uses. Sticky foods are no longer a concern as they slide right off.

I love to bake, doesn't matter what it is just as long as it's delicious. I first used this baking mat to make Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Typically when I make cookies they stick to the baking pan. Even a cookie that sticks just in one small area can be ruined.

When spooning the cookies out I did use the circles for placement, but I definitely put too much dough in each circle. I definitely know I put too much dough in because those 12 cookies above are almost all of the dough which was supposed to make 2 dozen cookies. Oh, well, they were delicious. If you prefer to make "normal" sized cookies, feel free to measure out more carefully.

Warm, chocolaty, delicious goodness! Even though they are touching, they came off of this mat/lining better then I could have ever imagined! None of the cookies broke or got stuck to the lining which was awesome! Plus, my pan underneath the lining was obviously clean as ever.

Clean minus a few crumbs!

Always enjoy quicker, easier and cleaner baking! What mom wouldn't, right? It's so simple to use, just a simple lay in liner that is quick and easy to wash up. Plus, I was able to take my cookies out about 2 minutes early and they were perfect!
