I also created a plate for Jedilynn who will be turning 9 towards the end of this month. Boy how time flies!
Cade's Birthday is not until June, but I made for him as well, although I used a photo from when he was 3 years old and he'll be 5 years old this June.
You can personalize the text to whatever you want, or leave the text off completely. I had no issues with finding pictures that fit great. Only issue I foresee is that I used black and white photos that probably wouldn't make the greatest plates. Using photos full of color would probably be much nicer. But play around with them a bit and see what you like better.
