Schylling Toys Brio Pull Along Duck Review & Giveaway US 12/7

Schylling was founded over 30 years ago and has always been dedicated to bringing joy to all who play with their products. They like to specialize in Classic Toys and continuously update their products allowing them to never go out of style. Quality and Safety have always been a top priority at Schylling.

Brio Pull Along Duck

Brio Pull Along Duck ($24.99ARV) is a wooden duck for your little one to play with outside of the bath tub! Yes, ducks can be played with outside of water/the bath. When your little one pulls the sting and walks his new little duckling, it will nod it's head and flap it's wings. Plus, it gives your little one a cute little quack to let them know it is still waddling with them.

Ezio is 23 months old and absolutely loves running through the house with his ducky, however he goes too fast so I'm unable to get a picture of him doing so without it being a blur of colors. He takes the string and runs from the living room, through the dinning room and kitchen, into the bedroom hallway and then turns back around.Ezio is 34" tall and the string is long enough for the duck to sit flat on the floor while he pulls it.

Cade is 3 1/2 years old and also enjoys playing with the duck, although he is a bit too talk for it to all work properly. However, he'll sit or kneel down and play with the truck like he does with his cars. He has sort of created a duck form of Godzilla with this Pull Along Duck.

The BRIO wooden pull-along duck would be a great Christmas present for a newly walking baby!

This wooden duck is very sturdy and durable. I was a bit nervous that something would have been broken or chipped with how rough my two boys play with their toys. However, there isn't even a scratch on it! Yep, the paint hasn't even chipped off, despite all the whacks into the hardwood base boards, dressers and whatever else they manage to run it into. I am very pleased with how well this toy has help up, just as the other toy we received from Schylling, Jedilynn's Girl Talk Locker which is still brand new looking!

Schylling Girl Talk Locker Review & Giveaway US 9/11

Girl Talk Locker With Magnets
& LEGO Friends Stickers

Girl Talk Locker

The Girl Talk Locker w/Magnets ($19.99ARV) is a very cute and stylish locker for every little girl to keep her valuables safe. This locker is 10 3/4" tall and comes with 2 keys 1 lock and 18 fun magnets for decorating.

Girl Talk Locker W/ Magnets picture

Jedilynn and Cade decorated her Girl Talk Locker with the magnets, her and I both loved that they were magnets as she can move them around and such. She currently uses this as a bank as well as a safe place for some of her lip glosses and small trinkets. Since she is going into 2nd grade this year and will not yet have a locker, she thought this was pretty neat. She asked me so many questions about when I was in high school and comparing how how my locker and her Girl Talk Locker are so similar. She asked what I put in my locker and inquired several times over the course of a few weeks when she would be able to have her own locker at school. Sorry baby girl, you still have many years before you'll get a locker of your own at school. At her current school she will get a locker in 5th grade as her school is a K-8 Charter School and we plan to keep her there till high school!

I love closely this mini locker resembles a full size high school locker! It has the air vents and the shelves as well as the same handle as a real and full sized locker. It is made of a sturdy material, not plastic or cardboard so it last nearly forever. This is great because then her brothers can not ruin it in case they get a hold of it. She loved that it has a lock and two keys, we put one key in a safe place and she has the other in her purse. Personally I love the reasonable size of this Girl Talk Locker, it's not tiny, but also not too big. This fits perfectly on the shelves above her dresser.

LEGO Friends Stickers

The LEGO Friends Stickers ($1.99ARV) comes in 3 assorted styles.
These stickers are great fun and Jedilynn and Cade had a blast decorating my laptop with them (Jedilynn's ideal). I tried to convince her to wait until the school year started or until we at least had her school supplies so she could decorate her folders and such, but she felt it would be nice to decorate my boring laptop for me. I don't mind that her and her brother did so, and I know waiting until school seems like such a long time for children.

The stickers are very sticky and do not come off easily at all, most other stickers I've given the kids either have curled edges with in hours or even pop completely off of all surfaces other then the ones I'd rather we not have stickers on. These stickers stuck on my laptop for about 2 months, until I just recently took them all off to apply my laptop skin. I would definitely purchase more LEGO Friends stickers, which Schylling has sets for boys and girls and both are very reasonably priced for the quality of the stickers. These have to be the best stickers we've had so far!

Schylling - BRIO Farm Railway Set ($59.99ARV) Review & Giveaway

Cade's 3rd Birthday Bash!

About Schylling Toys
Schylling was founded over 30 years ago and has been dedicated to bringing joy to all who play with their products ever since. They like to specialize in Classic Toys and continuously update their products allowing them to never go out of style. Commitment to Quality and Safety has always been a top priority at Schylling.

 About BRIO
Brio was founded in Sweden in 1884, making the highest quality of wooden toys that have delighted children and created happy memories for generations. Brio's uncompromising focus on design, quality and craftsmanship creating toys of lasting value that stimulate creativity and imagination are both educational and fun.

BRIO Farm Railway Set

The Brio Farm Railway Set ($59.99 ARV) is an awesome 20 pieces railway set, including the train engine with cargo car, farm tractor with trailer, double height barn, track crossing, cow, horse, hay and fencing. Also including 8 track sections with special track crossing section and "cow crossing" warning sign.  Take your train out to the farm on the single loop track where you can pass a cow and horse grazing in the field and deliver hay bales. Drive the train to the barn and unload the hay into the two story barn! The mechanical, magnetic crane hoists the hay into the hay loft for winter storing.

After Cade's birthday party, Cade and daddy set up his Farm Railway Set and had a grand ole time playing with it. The train engine and cargo cars have magnets that hold them together when you push the train around the track. These magnets work so much better then the little clips that other train sets have, which always come apart when the kids play with them, the magnets hold together even when Cade made his train go around the track pretty fast.

Cade didn't give daddy a chance to pull the other toys out that came with the Farm Railway Set, he was so excited for the train track to be set up and to play with his train! Cade loves his train track and we love the ease of setting up the track, which Cade can do on his own. The track goes together like puzzle pieces, no annoying clips to try and get snapped together and hope you don't brake them off. Also, this train track stays together, unlike many others we've tried. Even with Cade being super excited and zooming his train around the track as fast he could the track stayed together!
We all love the BRIO Farm Railway Set!
