Young-Readers Search & Find Books
My First Search & Find - Dinosaur Fun Board Book

Dinosaur Fun is a fun learning adventure for your preschooler, it takes them through a familiar setting and introduces them to basic words along the way. Not only will your preschooler love finding and identifying different items in each scene, but this will also enhance their concentration and cognitive skills. The illustrations present a cast of loveable dinosaur characters that makes this an ideal book for parents and children to read together.

Young-Readers - Moo, Quack, Roar and More! Board Book

Moo, Quack, Roar and More! is a fun book that will take you and your preschooler on a fun adventure through many nature scenes to find various animals and items. With fun and cute illustrations to hold your preschoolers attention and help make the learning process of basic words and cognitive skills that much more fun.

Cade is amazing at search & find picture books and he loves them! He takes this book to bed with him every night and looks through it and finds the different items through out the pages. He also takes the book to his uncle when he visits and sits on the couch with him and finds everything. Cade memorizes these books by the second time of going through it, he is 3 years old. Cade has been doing these books since he was about 18 months old, possibly a little younger then that. The first picture search & find Cade did was in a Highlights Magazine of his sister's. I was completely thrown aback when he pointed to an image on the side of the picture and then found it in the picture, I didn't even ask him where anything was he just looked at it and did so. Ezio is 21 months old, but not so good at these yet, he just likes looking at the fun illustrations and "reading" the book to whoever may be listening to him.

So we know the boys love these books, what does mom think about them? I love these books, in all honesty! It is a great opportunity for mom and sons bonding time, whether I sit down with both of them or one on one. I love doing these books with Cade as he will ask me where this or that is and he knows where it is, but it's like he is testing me to see if I know. When sitting down with Ezio and looking through these books, he usually points to different things and I name them off. This helps him recognize what different things are and their actual names, especially when it comes to the animals and items he will see through out his life. While he is not yet preschooler age, it is still good to go over these things.

  7. The Spin & Discover book "Mommies and Babies" looks like a lot of interactive fun for me and my son to read together! I bet the Ladybug Jiggle & Discover would be a hit too - in fact, any of the baby books. I love that they have "toy" components for babies (who will be more engaged with the book if they can play with it while being read to).
