Glutino Baking Mixings!
We received 5 awesome baking mixes from Glutino as well as Corn Bread Stuffing and Peppermint Yogurt Pretzels. We've tried Glutinos Corn Bread Stuffing and Peppermint Yogurt Pretzels in the past and we have loved them both! I am not a fan of stuffing at all, but used the corn bread stuffing for a cornbread chili casserole and it was delicious.
I made the kids the Snowflake Cakes (pancakes) the other day for dinner. However, I didn't fully follow the directions, I did not add egg to the mix as Ezio is allergic to egg. I didn't have to add anything except about a teaspoon of oil.
To my great surprise we had delicious and FLUFFY Snowflake Cakes that were safe for Ezio to eat. These pancakes tasted just like any other buttery and fluffy pancake. For all three kids and myself I only needed to make half a box of the Snowflake Cakes mix and it made plenty of pancakes for us!
I will definitely be purchasing more of this delicious pancake mix. I never though I could make fluffy and delicious egg free pancakes! This is quite exciting as there are not many breakfast foods that he can have so now we have something that the whole family likes and enjoys. We had tried other pancake mixes, but they never turned out as great as these!
Can't wait to bake up some of these other delicious treats from Glutino.
