Petzi Treat Cam ($169.99ARV) allows you to connect with your pet and give them treats no matter where you are! The Petzi is an app-controlled, wife-connected remote pet treat dispenser and camera. It allows you the check-in and interact with your pet from any smart phone or tablet. You can see your pet, speak to your pet, snap a picture of them (if they are w/in camera view) and of course give your pet treats when you are away from home. The Petzi has a wide-angle camera with night vision and high-quality audio. The universal treat launcher is good to use with any dry, crunchy treat that is smaller than 1 inch.
The Petzi comes with two small packs of dog treats which are mini Milk-Bones and a small pack of Irresistibles from Meow Mix for the kitties.
Worried about your pooch or sassy kitty knocking it over and causing the Petzi to break? This has a sleek, safe and durable design. It was designed for our furry friends after all. Not to mention that there are many mounting options making it simple to place it anywhere that suits your needs. Set up with the app is very easy. It has a dedicated iOS and Android app that controls the device and allows content to be shared socially.
With a single push of a button 1-3 dog or cat treats are playfully ejected into the viewing area. As you can see in the video below, the pup has no issue with finding where her treats have landed, bounced to and/or slid to across the hardwood floor.
We love the Petzi! Even the cats come running now for some treats. It is absolutely adorable to watch Sammie Jo (our Boxer pup) cock her head at the camera when you speak to her. Any pet owner should have a Petzi!

I feel like this would be so awesome, and hilarious! we have three cats and a house rabbit (she runs around freely, just like the cats), and I'd love to see how they handle hearing my voice coming from that magic treat shooting box!

DeleteI think my four rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds would love this. They are very food-oriented and my boys, especially, tend to bark a lot when I'm away from the house. I would love to try to use this to keep them from barking as much. (I bet our three cats would love me to set up some treats for them, too).
ReplyDeleteThis would be awesome! I have two little dogs that suffer from separation anxiety when I'm away. This sort of be like I'm still there and I could check on them. This is definitely going on my wish list.

ReplyDeleteI love that this can be mounted to the wall! My girl will chew a steak bone to pieces so I'm sure she would kill this if it were sitting somewhere. I love the night vision feature and the ability to see what is going on and talk to her when I am out! What a great device!
ReplyDeleteI think this is just incredible! My daughter and I were just trying to figure out what to do about my cat when we take vacation later this year, and this would be perfect. I could check on her and make sure she's ok, and of course my baby daughter will be checking on her as well.

ReplyDeleteI learned you can use it with treats smaller than an inch in size and that there are lots of mounting options for it, so that your dog or cat won't knock it over. I have a cat who misses me alot when I am in Central America. Mom checks in on him every other day, but this would actually allow me to communicate with him and see him when I am gone for the month that I am there and it would give us both peace of mind lol.

I am a tech. junkie so I defiantly love that it has wifi. I have 3 small yorkies, I am glad the treats are small. I am suffering from post traumatic syndrome, and had 1 yorkie that has terrible separation anxiety. Thinking I was so smart, 6 mo ago I purchased the sweetest yorkie pup thinking it would help Jazzy (my yorkie). To make a bad situation worse, Jordy (my new pup)has the worst separation anxiety that I have ever witnessed. I am now a slave to these 2 babies. Its making me a wreck. The minute I start to putting my clothes on they start to go crazy. They get so bad you can hear them from outside. I so hope I win. I do not know who is the craziest them or me.
