Krema & Crazy Richard's All #Natural Peanut Butter Review & Giveaway US 11/7

Krema was established in 1898, their commitment to quality, value and old fashion values is what helps keep their customers coming back. The Krema Peanut Butter Company is one of the oldest peanut butter companies in the United States today! The make their peanut butter the time honored way by only using top quality peanuts, a special dry roasting process and unique fine grinding for the perfect natural peanut butter.

Many of Krema's customers use their peanut butter as a staple of their diet.  There are no added salt, sugar or hydrogenated vegetable oils, making Krema peanut butter the perfect "health food". Their local hospital even recommends that all of their patients with heart related problems eat their products.

We received four jars of peanut butter; one Krema Crunchy, Krema Smooth & Creamy, Crazy Richard's Smooth & Creamy and Crazy Richard's Crunchy all natural peanut butters. Being that these peanut butters are all natural, their only ingredient is PEANUTS! I love when I can read and understand the ingredient in a product myself or my family will be consuming. There are no added salt, sugar or hydrogenated vegetable oils. Just top quality peanuts, which go through a special dry roasting process and unique fine grinding for the perfect natural peanut butter.
Due to being an all natural peanut butter, the natural oils seperate from the peanut butter when it sits so you can either pour or drain some of the oils off the top or keep the oils in the jar as I did and just stir it each time. By keeping the oils in the jar the peanut butter at the bottom of the jar, when you get down to it will still be moist and smooth, if you drain the oils it may become dry the further down you go. The oils seperate occurs naturally because there are no hydrogenated oils to stabilize it. You can put the peanut butter in the fridge over night for it to get a firm consitency and then to reverse this you can leave it at room temperature. I prefer it at room temperature, with other non all natural peanut butters I usually microwave it a bit or spread it over a warm/hot food to get it to the more liquidy consistency. The peanut butter is also Gluten FREE!

You may be wondering why we received two different brands of all natural peanut butter and if they are the same. Well, yes, they are the same peanut butter just sold under two different labels. Krema is a Midwest brand and Crazy Richard's is an East Coast brand. Both use the same high quality peanuts and process. Our local Pick N' Save carries Krema.

Krema & Crazy Richard's peanut butter is NOT part of the Salmonella recall! Huge relief when you have children eating the peanut butter.

I wasn't sure if Dan would eat or like the all natural peanut butter, but he loves the crunchy peanut butter. He said he couldn't really taste a difference. However he didn't try it plain, just with jelly.

The crunchy peanut butter is very crunchy! YUMMY!

Jada, Cade and I love creamy peanut butter. I did not tell them, mainly Jada that the peanut butter was different from what we are used to eating so she wouldn't "not like it" just because she knew it was different. Neither of them seemed to notice a difference! SCORE!

.

Oh! The CREAMY! I LOVE it!! It is the perfect consistency for me.

Jada, Cade and I tried the creamy peanut butter on celery and apple slices, it was oh so good! However, a tad bit too runny for the celery as it sort of ran out the ends of the celery, but I can now say this peanut butter is Finger lickin' good!

Just look at how the peanut butter runs down the apple!

Some creamy peanut butter on celery.

And a bit of crunchy peanut butter!

This is the creamy peanut butter from the other jar, I stirred this jar a little more so it wasn't quite as oily.

Our celery and peanut butter snack!

Next time your at the grocery store pick some Krema or Crazy Richard's all natural peanut butter and give it a try for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Seven Everyday Slings Review & Giveaway! US 10/23

Seven Everyday Slings are baby carrier slings, designed for full term babies, over 37 weeks gestation. The slings are designed to hold babies from 8lbs up to 35lbs.

Seven Slings has three different carry positions for different aged babies.
Cradle Carry is for birth to four months of age.
Front Carry is for two to eight months of age.
Hip Carry is for six months and up.

I received a Seven Sling 3 piece gift set and I chose the Green Vibe print. The gift set comes with the sling, matching bracelet for mom and matching leg warmers for baby (sorry, our leg warmers are in the wash).

This is the first time I have worn my son. I tried out the structured carriers about 6yrs ago when Jedilynn was a baby and I didn't like them. They hurt my back like crazy. I was so excited to finally be trying out a sling!

Seven Slings are super easy to use! I was quite nervous I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use a sling or other soft structure carriers/wraps. I would have never guessed it were so simple. They have step by step instructions included with your sling and you can also find them online. Check out these SIX easy steps! Pretty easy right?

Sizing is very easy as well. Measure from the outer edge of your shoulder down and across to your side seam on your pants. This measuring was definitely more "accurate" for me then the height/weight/bust chart.

Going up one size bigger (adding an inch to your measurments or going up to the next full number) wont hurt at all, if your sling is too big or loose just fold over the sling on your shoulder, this will bring baby closer to your body and give a more snug fit.

He likes our sling!

Ezio is nine months old and about 24 pounds. He fit in the sling pretty good. Now I know the way I am carrying him in the sling is not one of the three carrying positions per Seven Sling, but that is how he likes to be carried in the sling. He is too chubby to have his entire body in the sling as you would do with the first two carries and he would prefer to be chest to chest then on my hip. Ezio was teething when we received the sling so I thought maybe if I wear him he will be a bit happier because then I can be "holding" him more often then if I were just holding him in my arm. Sure enough, he loved it! This is the only way I could get him to fall asleep at night for about a week! The sling helped hold him super close, I was able to do other things and he was able to cuddle with me. You may be wondering, but if he fell asleep in the sling, did you have to wear him the whole time he slept? NOPE! With this sling it was super easy to just pull him right UP and OUT! Then I laid him down and he never once woke! That is probably my favorite thing about the sling.

A down fall for me, even though it never bothered baby is that the sling would leave red marks on his legs where the sling would sit.

Like I mentioned above, it didn't bother him, he didn't crab while in the sling or anything. It just bothered me a bit. The redness and any possible discomfort could probably be limited if not prevented entirely if you make sure your baby has pants on while in the sling or even the leg warmers if you buy the gift set. My boys are always in just a diaper, but why not when you have such adorable fluffy bottoms to show off. ;)

A G.E.M. Creations Hair Accessories Review & Giveaway PLUS Great DEAL! US 10/22

We received three flower hair clips from A G.E.M. Creation.

Jedilynn and I LOVE all three of the flower hair clips we received!

Here are some close ups of the three flowers we received. I love the lace on the inner of the blue flower.

More often then not the clips fall out or slide off of her hair, but these clips from A G.E.M. Creation stay in place because they have a small square of the "sticky" side of velcro, which help the clips hold onto her hair.

The small square of velcro is just enough for the clip to hold onto the hair, but not enough to pull on the hair while being worn or even while being taken out. Jedilynn has a pretty sensitive noggin.

Jedilynn wanted to model her two favorite hair clips for me to include in our review.

I love her silliness! She really likes her flower clips.

She is always coming up with new and silly poses, but she sure did make sure her clip would be visible to the camera in each pose. Not sure what kind of pose the hands spread over her face are, but we were both having fun. She did not do a "photo shoot" or modeling with the red hair clip because she said that one was mine, I needed one.

I used the blue flower clip to hold my hair in a bun instead of a hair tie. It held my hair perfect! Didn't fall loose and stayed in all day!! I'm a mom of three, thats pretty good!!

Bee Free Honee Review & Giveaway US 10/16

Bee Free Honee is exactly what it sounds like, bee free honey! Bee Free Honee is made from APPLES, unlike traditional honey which is made from bees. It is great for Vegans, small children with no fear of Botulism, those who are allergic to traditional honey and those who are looking for a new flavor.

It can be used as a substitute for traditional honey, in BBQ sauces, hot and cold beverages, vinaigrette, granola, cakes, breads and basically anything else you would use traditional honey for. You can even use it as an "apple syrup" and pour it on your pancakes, waffles, french toast or even use it on your oatmeal, yogurt or toast.

We received a 12 oz. bottle of Bee Free Honee to review. I LOVE honey on chicken, biscuits, cornbread, etc. Instead of just putting a little Bee Free Honee on a piece of toast, I wanted to really use it and experiment with it. So, I made cornbread with it to see how it was to cook with it, use it as a glaze and if the taste changes at all.

I will admit... I did "cheat", I used a box mix I've had for a while. I followed the directions for the batter and once that was all mixed I added some Bee Free Honee. I didn't measure, just squeezed it into my mixing bowl until I felt it looked like enough. From the "weight" of the Honee it did sink into the batter a bit so there is more then there appears to be in the above photo. I then stirred in the Honee.

Poured the batter into a baking dish, I really wish I had a muffin pan! Baked it as directed.

After my cornbread was done baking I quickly rubbed a stick of butter over the entire thing and then spread a layer of Honee on top.

Our delicious dinner of rice, pork chops and yummy cornbread.

Look at that beautiful Honee glaze!!

The kids loved the cornbread.

Ms. Jada wanted me to take a picture of her taking a bite of her cornbread. Please excuse their messy room, they were busy playing.

The taste of Bee Free Honee is great, I never imagined honee made from apples could taste like, well, honey! But, it sure does.

What would you use Bee Free Honee for?
